WE ARE HERE TO GROW TOGETHER

Our Story

Classmates in the Library

ROOTED IN CARE.

GROWING THROUGH CONNECTION.

Mandala Institute is a clinician-led cooperative created by and for mental health professionals who believe in the power of community care. We are a collective diverse in background, training, and experience, united by a shared mission: to support and uplift fellow clinicians while advancing equity, justice, and humanity in our field.

Born from the real-life challenges of navigating isolation, burnout, and inaccessible continuing education, Mandala Institute was founded to be a different kind of professional home. Here, growth is not a solo journey - it’s something we foster together. Through collaborative learning experiences, restorative gatherings, and a commitment to mutual support, we aim to cultivate spaces where clinicians can thrive both personally and professionally.

At Mandala, we believe in accessible, high-quality learning. We believe in care that extends beyond the therapy room. And we believe that when we care for the people doing the caring, everyone benefits.
